Join Our Team: Become a Volunteer Referee and Make a Difference in the Game!

Are you passionate about the game and looking for a way to stay involved? Our league is always in need of enthusiastic volunteers to help officiate games. Being a referee keeps you connected to the sport while contributing to a fun, competitive, and inclusive environment for our players.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or completely new to officiating, we welcome all levels of experience. Through our partnership with CMSA Chicago, WIFFA referees will be trained by NGFFL-trained officials and have the opportunity to grow their skills in real game settings.

For those interested, there may be opportunities to travel to Chicago to shadow experienced referees during CMSA’s Saturday recreational league games. Additional shadowing opportunities may also be available during Pride Bowl.
