Our local leagues will be structured as Open divisions, meaning all players are welcome to participate regardless of gender identity or experience level. This format creates a more inclusive, competitive, and team-focused environment for everyone on the field.

How the League Works

Teams compete in weekly games throughout the season, culminating in a playoff tournament to determine league champions.

League Format
Typical league format includes:
- 5-on-5 flag football
- Weekly scheduled games
- Team-based competition
- Playoff tournament at the end of the season
- Each team will be assigned a QB and a captain
