Welcome to the Wisconsin Flag Football Alliance!

Founded in 2026, the Wisconsin Flag Football Alliance (WIFFA) proudly partners with the National Gay Flag Football League (NGFFL) as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our goal is to enhance the self-respect of all LGBTQIA+ individuals and promote understanding within the broader community through our league and events.

At WIFFA, we believe that everyone deserves a place on the field. We are committed to inclusivity and ensuring that no one is excluded from participation based on sexual orientation, gender, race, religion, nationality, political beliefs, athletic ability, or any other identity. Our league and events are designed to celebrate diversity, build friendships, and promote understanding across all spectrums of society.

As part of the NGFFL, we join a vibrant network of over 200 teams across 22 leagues in the U.S. and Canada. Each year, teams come together for the Gay Bowl, a national tournament held every Columbus Day Weekend in a different member city. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase talent, camaraderie, and the spirit of inclusion that defines our community.
